Ena Font Design

I created this font using my sister Ena’s handwriting. She has Down syndrome, and this project was a special way for me to include her in my work and honor her. We sat down together and went through the alphabet—first lowercase, then uppercase. I photographed her writing, brought it into Illustrator, and used Image Trace and the Pen Tool to refine each letter. Naming the font after her made the project even more personal and meaningful.
